Our product
  • Trusted Knowledge Suite
    Technikon’s Knowledge Suite provides a Content Management System for distributed research projects with publishing abilities that are tailored to support internal and external publication processes. It also provides a public interface (Website, Newsfeed and –letter, discussion forum, etc.) for public research projects. A versioning file server is provided for easy synchronisation of research project information and for use as a code repository. Communication is primarily handled by a mailing list server. Each important function or body within a dedicated project have its own list e.g. All, work packages, IPR etc. A chat server is also incorporated for real time communication. All systems can be accessed and managed through a web browser. The system has been optimised to work with even the most stringent firewalls and all communication with the server is encrypted to provide adequate security.

    We have completely virtualized and separated all our system components on top of Linux for easy handling and performance optimization.

    We are working on the implementation of highest security measures with TPM enabled platforms.

    Technikon represents our customers in standardization bodies, such as ÖNORM (Austrian Standards Institute), CENELEC (European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization), CEN (European Committee for Standardization), ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and ETSI (European Telecommunications Standards Institute).
